Danielle (she/her) is a psychotherapist-in-training. She is primarily a relational therapist although her approach is informed by Gestalt Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy.
Danielle’s particular psychotherapy focus is on relationships, parenting, teens, and individuals confronting challenges in a relationship with a partner, child or parent.
These primary connections in our lives can be both demanding and fulfilling. It is frequently those closest to us who evoke our most intense emotional responses. Uniquely, Danielle defines “people in relationship” as couples, siblings, parents/children, co-parents, divorced people who are connected by children or other factors, etc. This definition offers a more comprehensive therapeutic reach and encourages people to consider therapy for relationships other than with a spouse.
Danielle’s work with clients is grounded in empathy, compassion and practicality, with a view to creating meaningful, connected relationships. Danielle also offers professional relationship management support to C-suite executives.
Danielle is a mother of two teens and has been married for over 20 years. She admits that her marriage has been a rollercoaster, and the outcome of challenging, meaningful work with her husband has been very rewarding.
Danielle connects and de-stresses through volunteer work and teaching morning fitness classes. In a previous life, she was admitted to the Bar of Ontario. She is also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

Fatima Patel (she/her) is a psychotherapist-in-training with a background in Early Childhood Education. Her therapeutic approach is an Integrative-Holistic Therapy model in which she blends elements from different approaches to tailor care for each client based on their unique needs.
Her core beliefs and values are firmly rooted in kindness and compassion, for ourselves and our shared humanity, irrespective of any and all differences. As such, she doesn’t place value in pathologizing or labelling-whether assumed or assigned- beyond discerning the meaning and impact of such on her clients.
She most often relies on Humanistic, client-centred approaches in which she sees her clients as inherently worthy individuals who are best suited to be the experts on their own lives.
With heavy influence from Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry model, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems models, she uses empathy and compassion to provide a safe, non-judgemental, trauma-informed space where she can meet her clients where they are and work with them to identify cognitively, relationally, physically, emotionally and behaviourally any barriers that are preventing them from accessing their desired resources.
She utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectal Behaviour Therapy and her still growing knowledge of Somatic and other therapies to aid in such.
It is her hope to support her clients in cultivating and strengthening their sense of self awareness, self-acceptance and self-compassion as they work towards navigating and overcoming the various challenges, transitions or circumstance that bring them to seek therapy while journeying with them to reach their desired therapeutic and lifestyle goals.

Kevin Sparks (he/him) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). He is trained in Gestalt Psychotherapy, a modality that focuses on supporting the client to become more aware of themselves, their relationships and environment.
As a trained Gestalt Therapist, he believes that in life we learn creative ways to adjust to our lived experiences. In therapy, he works to acknowledge with his clients the beauty of these adaptations as strategies that have helped us to cope and navigate. With his clients he works to bring awareness towards what is known as creative adjustments, highlighting the resourcefulness of the client to learn and develop ways to make sense of their world. The difficulty that we sometimes get into is that these learned creative adjustments become fixed, and it can lead us to feeling stuck and unable to move forward. Kevin sees therapy as a place to explore who we are and how we exist in the world, and a place to reclaim our spontaneity that may have been lost along the way.
Kevin works with a diverse population of adult clients. He has an interest in working with clients exploring neurodiversity, adjusting to challenging life circumstances, navigating changes in relationships or family life and those looking to process trauma and abuse.
